To ensure you have the most accurate information, are connected with the appropriate spokesperson, and are respecting patient privacy laws, all media interviews and inquiries must be arranged through the Public Relations Department.

If you are a media representative working on a story and need to access a healthcare expert or patient at St. Joseph’s Health or if you have any questions about our organization, please contact a member of our Public Relations Department.

Advance notice of interviews, videotaping, or photo opportunities at St. Joseph’s is necessary so that Public Relations staff can arrange for access to physicians, staff and other individuals appropriate for interviews. Public Relations staff will also notify security, patient care areas and staff that will be affected and reserve an appropriate location for the session.

To protect the privacy of all patients and families at St. Joseph’s, and to facilitate access to patient care areas, a representative from Public Relations will accompany all reporters, film crews, and photographers on the St. Joseph’s Health campus.
