Mission & Goals

The mission of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program is to educate fellows in the comprehensive assessment and management of patients in need of interventional cardiac care.   The Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program is a multifaceted, multidisciplinary and comprehensive program providing training in all areas of interventional cardiology.  The Program strives to provide exceptionally rich clinical and didactic training in interventional cardiology and to provide a wide array of clinical and basic science research opportunities. Inpatient learning takes place in the Cardiac Catherization Laboratory and in the outpatient setting during weekly continuity clinics. 

In concentration with our sponsoring institution's mission, we serve a culturally and socioeconomically diverse patient population.
