St. Joseph’s Health Now Participating in UnitedHealthcare’s Commercial and Medicare Provider Network


Back In-Network Effective November 1, 2018.

 

 St. Joseph’s Health and UnitedHealthcare have established a new network relationship, giving individuals enrolled in UnitedHealthcare and Oxford Commercial plans and Medicare plans access to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, in addition to outpatient care facilities throughout Northern New Jersey.

Slavin, President & CEO of St. Joseph’s Health. “We look forward to working with United to provide greater access and quality care to our patients and communities.”

This new relationship provides more than 50,000 plan participants with access to St. Joseph’s facilities, physicians and other care providers who share UnitedHealthcare’s commitment to improving access to quality care, enhancing clinical outcomes, lowering costs of care and creating an exceptional patient experience.

UnitedHealthcare serves nearly 2 million New Jersey residents enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid and employer-sponsored/individual health plans with a network of 170 hospitals and more than 36,500 physicians and other care providers statewide.
