St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital was featured in the media, as NJ Senator Bob Menendez and NJ Congressman Bill Pascrell hosted a press conference at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital to discuss the federal fight to restore funding for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), which provides healthcare coverage to more than nine million children from lower-income families across the nation. This year's flu season has hit hard and fast, and is dominated by a particularly rough strain of the virus, federal health officials said Friday.
