“St. Joseph’s is proud to be one of only four out of 73 hospitals in New Jersey accredited as a medical school campus,” explained Dr. Record, as St. Joseph’s Health is a Regional Branch Campus the New York Medical College, a member of the Touro College and University System.

Overall, St. Joseph’s undergraduate and graduate medical education programs train more than 500 Students, Residents and Fellows from dozens of medical and dental schools. St. Joseph’s Health also provides vibrant Nursing, Pharmacy and Health Professional training to more than 2,000 students through its affiliations with more than 25 colleges and universities. In addition, the rapidly growing St. Joseph’s Research Institute, an essential academic component, enables a broad array of research initiatives and clinical trials, which stimulate and advance the practice of medicine.
