Welcome to the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center.

Thank you for your interest in our program.  Our residency program is an ACGME three-year Independent Plastic Surgery Residency Program with ten-year ACGME accreditation.

It is our goal to provide our residents with a broad-based knowledge in general plastic surgery and to graduate well-rounded, independent surgeons.  Our current program provides excellent clinical training to prepare our graduates for careers in plastic surgery or to pursue further fellowship training.

Our residents are exposed to a wide variety of patient care due to our large volume and varied patient population.  Because of the excellent faculty-to-resident ratio, our residents are able to work one-on-one with our faculty and patients to develop innovative treatment plans and encourage academia.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate great compassion to patient care and are enthusiastic about life-long learning.  We hope that you will consider applying to our program.
