Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer with Go4theGoal

In support of Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, we have partnered with Go4theGoal, a New Jersey-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of children battling cancer by providing financial support, developing and implementing unique hospital programs, funding innovative research, and granting personal wishes.

Go4theGoal has two national awareness campaigns: Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer and National Pediatric Cancer Awareness Day that St. Joseph’s will be participating in and “Going Gold!” for this September into mid-October.

Please join us in spreading the word among your families, communities, schools, and sports teams; further information on how you/they can participate is attached. You can get your own gold laces or ribbons —for a $5 donation—to show your support! You can visit Go4theGoal.org to learn more, sign up a team today as well as get your laces/ribbons. Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer gives local athletic teams the opportunity to support the cause by ordering gold shoelaces to wear at games, tournaments, etc. this Fall. Proceeds from this effort will benefit the pediatric patients and their families being treated at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital’s Department of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

On National Pediatric Cancer Awareness Day (Friday, September 25) wear your gold laces or ribbons and show your support!  Again, proceeds from any Go4theGoal merchandise will benefit our pediatric cancer patients.
