Notice to Patients Regarding Information Breaches

CBIZ KA, a third-party vendor for St. Joseph’s Health, discovered a security incident involving CBIZ’s use of MOVEit Transfer software, which has impacted patients of St. Joseph’s Health. MOVEit Transfer is used by CBIZ KA in the regular course of business to securely transfer data files. CBIZ KA promptly launched an investigation, with the assistance of cybersecurity professionals, into the nature and scope of the MOVEit vulnerability. The identified vulnerability on the MOVEit Transfer server has been patched. CBIZ KA also reviewed the protocols in place with vendors to help prevent something like this from happening again.

For eligible individuals whose Social Security numbers may have been involved in the incident, CBIZ KA is offering complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Kroll monitoring. DMS Health Technologies

St. Joseph’s Health has been informed that one of our vendors, DMS Health Technologies, discovered a data event that has impacted St. Joseph’s Health patients. The company, which provides mobile imaging services, has begun outreach to affected individuals. We encourage any impacted patient to monitor credit reports and account information and check for any unfamiliar activity.
