Time spent on yourself is a valuable investment in your mental and physical well being. Take a nice hot bath, spend time with family and friends, enjoy time with pets, take part in nature activities, spend time outdoors, listen to relaxing music, learn how to relax, meditate, read a good book. Time spent on you is valuable and there is no health without mental health!
