The Neverland Quartet - Giggles Theater
The Neverland Quartet – The group is made up of a cellist, two violinists, and a viola player.
"The Neverland String Quartet was founded in 2006 by Andrea Parente (first violin), Isy Abraham-Raveson (second violin), Jami Price (viola), and Greta Healy (cello) when they were in seventh and eighth grade in Glenfield Middle School, and they have been performing for community and charitable events ever since. They have played for numerous events, including for pediatric patients at the Giggles Theater of St. Joseph's Hospital, for educational events focused on raising awareness about the genocide in Darfur and domestic violence, at the Unitarian Congregation winter services, and for the women who live at the Real House, a shelter in Montclair. All four musicians have been committed to community service as well as making music, and are thrilled to have found the opportunity to combine the two." (www.neverlandquartet.com)
