As an academic medical center St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center receives research grants in various disease entities. In addition to supported research, all graduating Residents are required to complete a research project during their residency program.
As post-doctorate candidates, all Fellows are actively engaged in research and most have published their findings. Medical students in the 3rd and 4th years are also encouraged to participate in Resident research and have their work published. Due to their outstanding work, our Medical Students have been the recipients of an award at the Seton Hall University Research Colloquium.
