A full complement of rehabilitation professionals from Genesis Rehabilitation Services provide comprehensive therapies to the long term care residents of St. Vincent's Nursing Home. For over 20 years, Genesis Rehabilitation Services has been a national provider of therapy to over 700 skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and home health agencies.
A team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists evaluates residents to determine a care plan that will improve their level of functioning and enhance the quality of their lives. Rehabilitation assistants also provide support to residents during their rehabilitation treatment.
Rehabilitation care is delivered Monday through Friday in a well-equipped therapeutic environment and is covered under Medicare A and B to eligible residents.
