As a part of a complete rehabilitation team, the Physical Therapy program at St. Joseph's Healthcare System offers comprehensive rehabilitation care to assist our patients in improving their quality of life through a variety of care options. Providing services that range from bedside therapy to physical therapy in our state-of-the-art gym, our licensed physical therapists work with patients to help them achieve optimum independence.
With advanced clinical experience and education, our physical therapists provide post-surgical care for all orthopaedic procedures, as well as post stroke, Parkinson's Syndrome, head injuries and renal patients. Additionally, they are actively engaged in pre-operative education with our patients.
Our pediatric physical therapists are experienced in working with infants and adolescents. Our physical therapy gym accommodates infants and older adults and is equipped with the most advanced equipment and physical therapy technologies. We work closely with physicians and a team of medical experts to help patients regain mobility and independence.
