A full time advanced nurse practitioner also cares for the residents of St. Joseph's under a collaborative agreement with the Board-certified Geriatric Attendings. The advanced nurse practitioner focuses her care on health promotion, risk detection, illness prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
All medical and dental staff at St. Joseph's Healthcare and Rehab Center are credentialed with clinical privileges approved by St. Joseph’s University Medical Center to assess and treat our residents in their home at St. Joseph's Healthcare and Rehab Center.
