The overall goal of the Cancer Education and Early Detection (CEED) initiative is to increase adherence to routine cancer screenings for low-income persons without health insurance. The targeted population to be served is residents of Passaic County who have never or rarely been screened for breast, cervical, prostate, and/or colorectal cancers and who meet the eligibility guidelines.
