The Division of Infectious Diseases cares for both inpatient and outpatients with complex problems involving a wide variety of infectious diseases. These include, but are not limited to, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, Lyme Disease, Osteomyelitis, Endocarditis, Travel Medicine, etc.
The Infectious Diseases Division works closely with the local health departments for education and prevention of infectious diseases. Board-certified infectious disease specialists provide extensive inpatient and outpatient consultation.
