As a state designated Trauma Center, St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center is home to numerous specialized surgeons who are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Patients are often transported by air medical helicopters for victims of acute trauma and critical care inter-facility transfers to the Regional Medical Center for treatment with our highly qualified surgeons in our state-of-the-art facility.
