The Family Health Center at St. Joseph’s provides comprehensive primary medical care to adult and pediatric patients who live in Passaic County. Our focus is on prevention of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity as well as common childhood illness/diseases. Our multidisciplinary team consists of Board Certified Internal Medical Physicians, Pediatricians, Registered Nurses, Case Managers and medical support staff. Patient Access Manager along with patient account representatives is available to assist with insurance pre certification and eligibility issues.
