Spine Surgery

The Spine Surgery Center at St. Joseph's is an academically-oriented, comprehensive service in the treatment of adult and pediatric spinal disorders utilizing both surgical and non-surgical care.

As pioneers in their field, the surgeons at the Spine Surgery Center are academically accomplished, fellowship trained and committed above all to the welfare of our patients. They believe each patient is a full partner in their treatment and recommend treatment protocols on a highly-individualized basis utilizing the most advanced surgical and non-surgical techniques.

The Spine Surgery Center incorporates inpatient and outpatient programs that embrace new and advanced technologies, which may be used to speed a patient's recovery.

Surgeries will now be able to be performed at St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital’s new state-of-the-art facilities.  Our surgeons, who will now also offer less invasive surgical procedures with the best surgical technology at SJWH, assisted in the design of the surgical suites.  The development of the surgical suites is part of the $250 million expansion and renovation investment project at both St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center/St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ and St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital in Wayne, NJ.

Our surgeons speak English, Spanish, Farsi, and Korean.
