Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric Emergency Services at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center are available around the clock to respond to any psychiatric emergency.

Based on the phone screening by our crisis counselor, patients or family members in distress are instructed to go to the nearest emergency room for an evaluation or are referred to appropriate services.
 

Psychiatric social workers and an on-call psychiatrist are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
