Join 50 of the metropolitan area’s top chefs and restaurants for St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital’s annual benefit, Cooking for Kids: Gourmet Fare From Everywhere! Over the past seven years, this signature event for St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital has become a “must attend” for more than 600 guests who come from all over New York and New Jersey to sample delectable dishes and drinks.
Confirmed participants include Top Chef contestant, Chef Ariane Duarte of CulinAriane in Montclair, NJ; winner of the Food Network’s Chopped, Chef Michael Carrino from Pig & Prince Gastro Lounge in Montclair, Chopped contestant Chef Ryan DePersio of Fascino in Montclair, NJ, Nico Kitchen + Bar at NJPAC and Battello in Jersey City, NJ; Chef Colleen Grapes from The Red Cat in New York, NY; Chef Eric B. Levine of Morris Tap & Grill in Randolph, NJ, also a winner of Chopped; winner of the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, Chef Francesco Palmieri of The Orange Squirrel in Bloomfield, NJ; Chopped contestant Chef Anton Testino of Tony’s Touch of Italy II in Wayne, NJ; and nearly 30 other chefs from who will offer samplings of their signature dishes. In addition Gary’s Wine & Marketplace will be serving as Beverage Sponsor and will offer guests tasting pours of fine wines and spirits.
