CrossSt. Joseph's Healthcare System has reached a mutually agreeable contract with Horizon Blue
Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and will remain in-network with Horizon on January 1, 2014,
without lapse of coverage.

We want to publicly salute Horizon for working with us to reach mutually agreeable terms for
a new contract for Horizon members who turn to St. Joseph's for their life's care, and that of
their families.
