Scholarly Activity

One of our Program’s premiere features is the opportunity for our fellows and faculty to pursue research activities which result in published case reports and articles in nationally and internationally acclaimed journals.  In addition, our fellows and faculty participate in clinical research projects.  Interdisciplinary research projects enhance our fellows’ research experience.  Ample time is afforded to identify and research their chosen project(s).  Our fellows and faculty routinely participate in the annual Research Day at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. Fellows and faculty alike present at regional, national and international conferences including the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), Digestive Disease Week (DDW) and the New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (NYSGE).
